Organizer of the Event
The event is hosted by Flix SE, Friedenheimer Brücke 16, 80639 München, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) in partnership with Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (SPK).
Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms
Participation is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By registering, you are joining the guest list queue. While the event is open to the public, guest list access is limited and subject to availability. Registration is required to be considered for inclusion on the guest list, but does not guarantee entry.
While in the guest list queue, participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive behaviour may result in removal from the queue and forfeiture of the guest list access privilege and event attendance.
By entering the guest list, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
Registration & Check-in
When entering the guest list, you must provide accurate and complete Registration Details.
Registration will close on May 30th at 12:00PM
You must present your name and ID, to the hostesses on the day of the event to access the guest list line. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who fail to provide this information as proof of registration upon request.
Consent to Media Recording & Usage
By participating in the event, you consent to the recording of your image and/or video. You grant the Organizer and their partners the right to use, publish, and distribute any images or videos captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and other commercial purposes, without any compensation or further approval required.
Data Protection & Privacy
By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy (Flix SE Privacy Policy).
Personal data will be used for purposes related to the event, including but not limited to registration, communications, access management, and post-event feedback.
In order to fulfill obligations related to the event, your personal data may be shared with other entities involved in event organization.
Force Majeure & Event Cancellations
"Force Majeure" refers to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control that prevent or make it impractical to host the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the event or guest list access rules, including but not limited to the schedule, artists, or location, due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Exclusion of Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, liability, costs, claims, or expenses incurred by you in connection with the event, including but not limited to:
Inability to attend or additional costs incurred due to weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or other reasons outside the Organizer’s control.
Loss of or damage to your property or personal belongings at the event.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Munich.
Legal recourse is excluded.
