Planned rail construction affecting FlixTrain lines

Here you find important information about planned rail construction that may affect your trip with FlixTrain. Check out which temporary stops or timetable deviations may apply for your trip below.

Germany:

FLX10 – Berlin – Stuttgart/Basel

Due to construction works (by DB Netz AG), from September 10 to October 9 most trains running on weekends will not stop in Darmstadt Central Station. Mannheim Central Station will serve as a replacement station.

FLX11 – Berlin – Stuttgart/Wiesbaden

Due to construction works (by DB Netz AG), from September 10 to October 3 most trains running between Berlin and Stuttgart will not stop in Darmstadt Central Station. Mannheim Central Station will serve as a replacement station.

Due to construction works (by DB Netz AG), from September 18 to October 6 all trains running between Berlin and Wiesbaden will not stop in Mainz Central Station and Frankfurt Airport long-distance station. Mainz-Kastel will serve as a replacement station.

FLX15 – Hamburg  Stuttgart

Due to construction works (by DB Netz AG), from September 10 to October 9 most trains running on weekends will not stop in Darmstadt Central Station. Mannheim Central Station will serve as a replacement station.

FLX30 – Aachen – Köln – Berlin – Dresden/Leipzig

Due to construction works (by DB Netz AG), from August 29 to October 1 most trains between Berlin and Hanover will either be delayed or depart earlier.

 

Sweden:

Week 41-44
On Friday, Saturday, Sunday on weeks 41-44 (14-16/10, 21-23/10, 28-30/10, 4-6/11 ) FlixTrain will operate the Stockholm-Partille and Stockholm-Lerum section due to track work. Connection buses are available and operate the section Gothenburg Nils Ericson Terminalen-Partille/Lerum Station. Tickets for the buses can be purchased in connection with the train ticket and directly on our website when you are looking for connections between Stockholm and Gothenburg. The ticket shows the two routes Gothenburg Nils Ericson Terminalen-Partille/Lerum Station (Bus) + Partille/Lerum-Stockholm (Train) with interconnection in Partille.

All transport conditions that apply on board FlixTrain also apply to connecting buses.

There will be several buses departing from Nils Ericson Terminalen and Partille/Lerum, all passengers with bus + train ticket are guaranteed a seat onboard.

Please be sure to be at the gate of the Nils Ericson Terminal at least 15 minutes before the bus departure.
Gate information is available on the departure screens at the Nils Ericson bus terminal.
